"The experience I have had with Natalie Reid State Farm has been excellent! Amanda S. is the agent for the multiple policies my cousin had me set up for her - Amanda has always been quick to respond to calls and emails. I have also worked with Brittany A., the office manager for the Natalie Reid Agency - Brittany has also been very responsive to my calls and questions. Both ladies are always polite and professional - both go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Natalie Reid State Farm!"

"Wish I could give her zero stars, office workers aren't knowledge, if you have an issue you CAN NEVER to talk to NATALIE REID directly, she only reaches out to you to FATTEN HER POCKETS, ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS GETTING MONEY, she is not for the people. wouldn't get my pet insurance from this place and would NEVER play with my life and get a life insurance policy with this agent, she's a joke. She offers no support to her customers."

"I am definitely not frustrated about the refund. Here is why I put 1 star: I paid for six months on my AUTO insurance in the month of JUNE(6th), by SEPTEMBER, Natalie Reid’ office started calling me as late as 9:00pm to make a payment that will not DUE until DECEMBER 06. Threatening me of CANCELLATION if I refuse to pay. I receive messages more than ONCE in a day from MADISON and the rest of her STAFFS. Suddenly, they requested for a payment of $95 out of no where. I called NATALIE, and she said that she wasn’t sure why they charged me and she will find out and have MADISON call me. Madison did call me and I missed her call, I called her back in about 5minutes after she called me, left her a message. She hasn’t responded till today. The only messages from MADISON, were threatening messages about Canceling my Insurance. I thought the whole thing was just Mistake until I received a letter from GA department asking me to pay a FINE because my Insurance reported that I am out of Insurance SINCE NOVEMBER 15th. I CALLED Natalies Office last week regarding the FINE and she told me to not pay it yet because she will call the office and get back to me on Monday (yesterday). I am still waiting on her. I was also CHARGED of late payment by NATALIE’S office on DEC 4th, 2 days before my RENEWAL."
