ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member for Natalie Reid - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This is a consultative sales position requiring a driven, successful professional who is able to uncover client needs and prescribe solutions. There is a sales quota with minimum expectations for production. The position requires taking care of existing client needs as well as prospecting for new clients, with administrative support and ongoing leads.   • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Internal and external marketing. cold-calling and prospecting in order to increase client base.
  • Schedule and run client appointments and insurance reviews and follow-up on pending proposals with existing and new clients.
  • Focus on daily activities to obtain new business acquisition.
  • Actively listen and pivot to multi-line insurance products, offering insurance solutions that are in alignment with client goals.
  • Provide prompt, accurate & friendly customer service.
  • Property and Casualty, Life and Health licenses required. Must start with a Property & Casualty license and obtain Life & Health license within 60 days of hire (will receive $250 bonus).
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience in managing client relationships preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly driven to produce new sales
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Willing to take risks and try new approaches to the sales process

  • Be able to work in Microsoft products and type a minimum of 40 wph.

Compensation $37,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
